Shipping Policy
Allow at least 48-72 hours for orders to be processed before a tracking number becomes available this does not include Saturday and Sunday. Any orders that comes in over the weekend will be processed on Tuesday or Wednesday. All orders are shipped via USPS
ESTIMATED DELIVERY for packages is 5-6 days for USA orders
ESTIMATED DELIVERY for International packages is 14-30 days.
orders may be delayed due to Holidays, International Customs holding and excessive volume of orders.

we do not replace lost and stolen product(s). We offer shipping insurance to protect packages from being left unattended. The shipping insurance requires a signature during delivery. We also recommend you get shipping insurance for purchases $100 or more or if theft is high in your area.
Return & Exchange Policy
Rapid Hair Growth Products can be returned if a customer is dissatisfied with the products before a refund can be initiated products must be shipped back to Rapid Hair Growth. then a refund will be processed it may take 3-5 days for the refund to show in customers account any products that are faulty can be replaced but proof must be submitted and a new product will be shipped if it is concluded that the product is legit a replacement will not be granted.
Cancellations & Refunds
a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to orders that are cancelled or if a refund is asked. local customers are not permitted to purchase wholesale items if they are purchased your order will be cancelled and a 20% fee will be applied during your refund.
